  • Semolina(Sooji/Rawa): 1 Cup
  • Curd: 1 Cup
  • Peas: 1/2 Cup
  • Grated Carrot: 1
  • Grated Onion: 1
  • Grated Tomato: 1
  • Grated Cucumber: 1
  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp
  • Water: 1/2 Cup
  • Baking Soda: A Pinch
  • Baking Powder: A Pinch

Ingredients For Idli Using Leftover Sabzi:

  • Semolina(Sooji/Rawa): 1 Cup
  • Curd: 1 Cup
  • Mashed Leftover Vegetable: 1 Cup
  • Water: 1 Cup
  • Baking Soda: A Pinch
  • Baking Powder: A Pinch
  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp
