Sliced Onion: 1 small cup
Sliced tomato: 1 small cup
Sliced Capsicum: 1 Cup
Grated Carrot: 1 cup
Grated Cabbage: 1 cup
Peas: 1 small cup
Half an hour soaked rice: 1 Glass
Curd: 1/2 bowl
Water: 2 Glasses

Cumin: 1/2 Tsp
Celery/ Parsley(Ajwain): 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1 Tsp
Chili Powder: 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala: 1/4 tsp
