Healthy, Tasty Peas Pulao Recipe

Green Peas are rich in Protein, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin C.


Peas: 1 Cup
Sliced Onion: 1
Soaked Rice: 1/2 Cup
Water: 1 and 1/2 Cup

In spices, we need:

Ghee: 1 tbsp
Cumin(Zeera): 1/2 tsp
Carom Seeds(Ajwain): 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Mangosteen Powder(Aamchoor):1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder: 1/4 tsp
